Die meisten B\u00e4ume die wir hier noch sehen wurden von Ihnen gepflanzt. Ihre j\u00fcngste Tochter <strong>Isabel M\u00aa Vaquer Mora<\/strong>,\u00a0 erbte <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fincaturismo.com\/de\/landhotel-in-mallorca-perola\/\">Perola<\/a> und nachdem sie ihren Mann <strong>Jaime Oliver<\/strong> geheiratete, bauten sie die H\u00e4user die heute als Landhotel in Mallorca genutzt werden.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.fincaturismo.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/padri_jaume3.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-5369\" alt=\"agroturismo en Mallorca Perola\" src=\"http:\/\/www.fincaturismo.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/padri_jaume3-279x300.jpg\" width=\"279\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.fincaturismo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/padri_jaume3-279x300.jpg 279w, https:\/\/www.fincaturismo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/padri_jaume3-150x161.jpg 150w, https:\/\/www.fincaturismo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/padri_jaume3-326x350.jpg 326w, https:\/\/www.fincaturismo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/padri_jaume3.jpg 640w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 279px) 100vw, 279px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Der Geb\u00e4udekomplex setzte sich damals aus dem Herrenhaus, einem Stall, einem Lagerhaus, einer Garage und einem Tiergehege zusammen. In diesem Haus wurde Micaela Oliver geboren, wuchs hier auf und heiratete Jahre sp\u00e4ter Jos\u00e9 Salv\u00e0.\u00a0Isabel und Jaime mussten viele Jahre weit weg von dem Landgut leben und zogen in ein anderes Dorf. <strong>Sie k\u00fcmmerten sich trotzdem weiterhin um ihr Landgut<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mit den Jahren fing das Haus, das Isabel und Jaime gebaut hatten, an zu zerfallen. Es war an der Zeit Renovierungsarbeiten durchzuf\u00fchren. Aber die Zeiten hatten sich ge\u00e4ndert und die Bewirtschaftung<strong> eines Landguts war nicht mehr rentabel<\/strong>. Ende der 80ger und Anfang der 90ger hatten sich neue M\u00f6glichkeiten ergeben diese l\u00e4ndlichen Gebiete wirtschaftlich zu nutzen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.fincaturismo.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/jaume.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-5365\" alt=\"agroturismo en Mallorca Perola\" src=\"http:\/\/www.fincaturismo.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/jaume-1024x685.jpg\" width=\"640\" height=\"428\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.fincaturismo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/jaume-1024x685.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.fincaturismo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/jaume-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.fincaturismo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/jaume-150x100.jpg 150w, https:\/\/www.fincaturismo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/jaume-350x234.jpg 350w, https:\/\/www.fincaturismo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/jaume.jpg 1492w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Und so haben sich Isabel, Jaime, Micaela und Jos\u00e9 dazu entschlossen ihr Landgut umzubauen und es in ein Landhotel umzuwandeln.
